P914 Sales Policy
Item Condition:
Unless explicitly stated in the description, all items sold
on P914 are used, factory original components. As such, expect all
parts to show some wear from normal use over several decades. The
cosmetic and functional condition of each item will be detailed in both
the provided description and pictures. Due to the age of the parts
being sold, continued functionality of mechanical or electrical
components is not guaranteed in any manner beyond the normal two-week
return period unless expressly stated otherwise in the sales
description.
As such, be sure to test such items quickly upon receipt.
Payment:
As noted above, Payment for all items is via Google Checkout which
enables both secure payment via credit card as well as secure,
masked communication. Basically, we here at P914 never see any of your
credit card account information, and, if you so choose, we never see
your e-mail address, either (so you don't have to worry about getting
spammed like you probably already do from "real" online Porsche parts
suppliers).
Shipping:
Costs for shipping within the Continental United States are
shown on the main "SALES" page and also within the item detail pages.
This cost is included in the Google Checkout transaction.Shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and
internationally will incur additional costs. Please ContactUs@P914.com
prior to purchase
to obtain a shipping quote. Orders for shipping to
locations outside the Continental United States that do not include
such a pre-negotiated shipping adjustment will be cancelled.
Returns:
Items purchased on
P914.com can be returned within two (2) weeks of the shipping date for
a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds provided will not include
initial or return shipping costs. No "restocking" or other fees will be
assessed for returned items.
