1972 Porsche 914/6 Paint Colors & Codes

The chasses for the Porsche 914 and Porsche 914/6 model lines were identical. They were all produced by Karmann in the same factory. By 1972, the color choices and the paint codes for the Porsche 914 and Porsche 914/6 models were identical. Of course, this was the last year of production for the 914/6.

1972 was also the year in which the Porsche 916 cars were produced (all 11 of them). Like the 914/6 GT models, the 916 vehicles came in a mixture of Porsche 914 and Porsche 911 production colors.
